Delivery times vary by number of stops and location  in the route. You may request same day delivery but one to two days advance notice is recommended. 

You do not have to be present at delivery or pick up but please identify any hazards on the property and inform the dispatcher of any specific drop off instructions.

You will be contacted the day of delivery to confirm the order and receive a updated ETA.

Payment arrangements must be made before the unit will be dispatched for delivery. You may pay online or in person when the unit is dropped off. We accept Cash Money, Zelle, all major credit cards, and Cash App. 

A 3.5% processing fee will apply for credit/debit cards and Cash App. There are no extra fees for Zelle or Cash Money. 

Short term rentals include seven days, or one calendar week. VIP PRO customers may request up to three additional days free of charge for a total of ten days. 

Long term lease customers can keep the unit on site indefinitely with a minimum of one use per month.

Time starts at drop off and stops when picked up. Time will continue to accrue until the final payment has been made. 

You may request pick up sooner than the seven Days or opt to keep it longer. Daily rental after the initial seven is $18 per day.
